Technical Inside Sales
Jerry has been involved in electronics in disciplines such as Test Engineering, Design and Quality Assurance for companies such as Dumont, Mosler, Data General, and ADT Security Systems (ADT). At ADT, he was Manager of Quality Assurance for two manufacturing plants. Since leaving ADT, Jerry has consulted for companies to develop QA programs for their manufacturing departments. He also has more than 10 years experience as a Technical Sales Consultant with various manufacturers' representative firms. Jerry's technical education was with Newark College of Engineering.

Outside Salesman
John spent 19 years with Materials Research Corporation. His responsibilities included manufacturing engineering, applications and field engineering, quality control management, and lastly, sales and marketing. While in the sales and marketing department he had the responsibility for specification review, followed by a position in field sales with the Process Equipment Division. John has spent the past 21 years after MRC in technical sales both with OEM's and as an independent sales representative. His educational background includes a dgreee in Mechanical Engineering at Fairleigh Dickinson University with additional courses in business management and marketing.

Fred Chang |

Applications Engineer
Fred has been involved in RF design engineering for the defense and telecommunications industries at companies including Northrop-Grumman, BAE Systems and Lucent. He has been involved in the design and development of communications equipment ranging from IF processors and receiver front ends to transmitter power amplifiers at L-Band to V-Band for over 40 years. He was most recently the Director of Sales Engineering at KMW Communications supporting telecommunications filter sales. Fred's technical education was at The Cooper Union, School of Engineering for a BSEE degree and at Polytechnic University of Brooklyn for a MSEE degree.

Matthew Eisenberg has been selling components, sub-systems, and systems in the New York Metropolitan area since 1978. He has spent most of that time with manufacturers' representatives successfully selling semiconductors, integrated circuits, low phase noise high stability crystal oscillators, mixers, attenuators, microwave amplifiers, EMI/RFI shielding components, plus other passive, active, and microwave items. In addition, Matthew has held East Coast Regional Sales Manager positions with two manufacturers that had from seven to nine manufacturers' representative firms reporting to him. His technical education includes both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Ceil comes to TSR with years of experience in the support and administration arena and has had specific experience in: marketing, sales, customer service and communication; calendar, appointment, facilities, project, and special events management and purchasing. She has handled assignments in the creation and maintenance of data files and history, background and documentation research, composition, editing, proofreading and transcription. Ceil also has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and the Internet.

Account Representative, Long Island, NY
Tom has had 34 years experience designing in and selling electronics as a distributor, manufacture's representative and direct OEM salesman. He has called on Symbol Technologies and Ademco for over 24 years and has been responsible for over $150 million in sales to those companies.
Tom's educational background includes a BA in Marketing from Hofstra University and a Master of Divinity from Immaculate Conception Seminary. He was also a founding partner of Nova Technology Sales in 1999. Tom is also a decorated Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, wounded three times in combat while serving in Vietnam from 1970-1971. He is married to Donna, his wife of 35 years and has 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Linda has 25 years experience in the Manufacturers' Rep Industry. During those years she has served in Office Management and Administration for multiple office locations. This included IT/Database Management, Web Page design and maintenance, Human Resources, Accounting and Sales for inside customer service as well as Outside Sales calling on customers. She brings with her 15 years experience with the specialized commission tracking software that we use (Rep$2000) and a complete knowledge of the operations of a manufactueres' Representative organization.
