TSR Company Philosophy

 

Our company preference is to represent products that have high technical content and are on the leading edge of technology. This also means that many of our Principals products and capabilites have differentiating features that are exclusive and are often enabling technologies. Because of this, our initial presentation and exposure is to the forward looking engineering staff, who can appreciate how these features can translate to enhancing their products.

Following definition, selection and then qualification of the requirement in the engineering area, TSR concentrates on an in depth multi-level sale. As some products mature, the sales emphasis sometimes shifts from a technical to a contracts and purchasing thrust. Business groups, program management, purchasing, contracts and Company management are identified and targeted.

It is our goal to perform for our Principals as though we are their direct sales force. We do whatever we are asked to do as best as is humanly possible.
